Why Old Fashioned?
It all started when our founder moved to the Isle of Wight and went out for a drink, craving his favorite cocktail—the Old Fashioned. He hit up a local bar, ordered one, and waited for that perfect, smooth sip. Instead? He got a glass of blended whiskey over ice. No bitters, no sugar, no care. Just whiskey. And they charged him a small fortune for it! Disappointed (and a little outraged), he decided enough was enough. If he couldn’t buy a proper Old Fashioned, he’d make his own—and do it right. And that’s how the Isle of Wight Cocktail Company was born, bringing real Old Fashioned cocktails (and a few fun twists) to bourbon lovers everywhere!
