Meet Adam & Kate Towner – the creative couple behind Isle of Wight Cocktail Co. Before swapping city life for island vibes, they were shaking things up in London with pop-up bars and restaurants in galleries, empty buildings and anywhere they could bring great drinks and good times. From slick corporate crowds to proper East End locals, they knew how to keep everyone happy.

In 2016, they made the bold leap to the Isle of Wight, keen to slow things down (a bit), start a family, and cook up something new. Adam, a lifelong cocktail lover, had one mission: make bar-quality cocktails that anyone could enjoy - no mixology degree needed.

Fast forward to 2020, and Isle of Wight Cocktail Co was born. What started as a passion project is now an award-winning family-run business, shaking up the island and beyond with bold flavours, top-quality cocktails, and a whole lot of fun.

You’ll find their drinks in loads of pubs, bars, shops and events across the Island - and being sipped at weddings and celebrations all over the UK. It’s been one hell of a ride, and they’re just getting started!
